PRODUCTION TIME

Production time varies by item and is noted on each individual product description.  Many items ship within 2-3 weeks.  Custom Clutches ship in about 4 weeks.  Walker Valentine Cosmetic Cases ship in 6-8 weeks.  If you need to receive your order by a particular date – please include this detail in the notes section at checkout.

RUSH ORDERS

SHIPPING

Shipping time will vary by order due to the personalized nature of our products. Please, keep in mind, if you ordered multiple items they could be shipping at different times and from different locations. This means your ordered items may arrive in different packages at different times.  When at all possible we ship using UPS Ground – we find them to be highly reliable and items are delivered in 1-3 days.  You will receive tracking details  via email just as soon as they are available for your shipment.
